Welcome to our client friendly instructions for utilizing PayPal!

(We no longer accept cash at any of our branch offices!)

It is to your advantage to utilize PayPal. However, there is a 2.9% process fee per transaction received through the PayPal system to the applicable party. Example: if you owe $500.00 and elect to pay with PayPal you will owe $514.50. Minimum cost for premium convenience. Do the math first. Call office to verify!

One exception: the Application fee is not assessed the 2.9% fee.

Please read the following instructions carefully. Your use of the PayPal system will authorize Advanage Arizona Real Estate to accept funds which may be non-refundable once received.

Always verify correct funds due with property manager prior to making payments! Use the credit card of choice- EZ!!

New clients for property management services: Use this system for payment of new account fees. See management contract, page 3 for explanations of fees.

Existing clients use PayPal for expenses incurred, refurbishing, etc. of your investment properties.

Tenants and prospective tenants use PayPal for the following fees:

Application, Deposits, Rents due, Late fees, Legal fees, partial pay fees, NSF fees, HOA fines and handling fees.

CAUTION!! Verify all funds due with the property manager. If the rent is more than two days late, you owe late fees now! Refer to the lease.

If you have been served a notice for late pay, you owe additional legal fees! If these fees are not paid, you will be assessed an additional $45.00 partial payment fee. Save your $$$ by verifing first!

Application fees, rents and applicable late and legal fees are non-refundable. Deposits for holding a property become non-refundable once the application has been approved and funds (deposits) have been received in order to secure the property.

Please read the application, the lease and the addendums carefully. These documents clearly itemize all fees.

The friendly staff of Advantage Arizona Property Management is required to collect all fees due and does not have the ability to "waive" fees. We are fair to all parties by the practice of adhering to the written management and lease agreements.
